What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design per color. For complex or large items, the MOQ may be 300 pieces. We also offer sample orders of 10-50 pieces for evaluation purposes.

How long does the sampling process take?

Standard samples are completed within 7-10 business days after design confirmation. For complex designs requiring new molds, sampling may take 15-20 days. Rush sampling is available for an additional fee.

Can you work from sketches or photos?

Absolutely. We can work from hand sketches, photos, physical samples, or detailed technical drawings. Our engineering team will create professional CAD drawings for your approval before production begins.

What file formats do you accept for designs?

We accept AI, PDF, DWG, STEP, IGES, and common image formats (JPG, PNG). For 3D designs, we prefer STEP or IGES formats. If you don't have technical files, our team can create them from your concept.

Do you protect our designs and intellectual property?

Yes. We sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) before any project begins. Your designs, molds, and product information are strictly confidential. We never share or reproduce client designs without authorization.

What is the typical production lead time?

Standard production lead time is 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated with a 10-15 day turnaround for an additional 20% fee.
